PAYMENT
You can pay for your session with us via the following payment methods Visa Credit, Visa Debit, MasterCard and Cash.
We require payment in full at the time of your booking or on arrival (at our discretion). This payment must be received by us and not subject to a charge back in order for you to attend your sessions.
REFUNDS, AMENDMENTS or CANCELLATIONS
No refunds policy
Bookings can be amended or cancelled no later than 48hours prior to your sessions start time.
We can only reschedule bookings twice, after that the booking will be lost
LATENESS
We always advice you to arrive 15 minutes before your session as you may need to register your membership before your session, If you are late to your session, you may miss your session. No refunds can be given in such circumstances.
REQUIREMENTS FOR PARTICIPATION
We run a membership only service, Users must become a member, providing all required data or information in a complete and truthful manner. Failure to do so will cause unavailability of the Service.
Users must adhere to our strict age, weight and height requirements at all times when using our equipment, please make sure you check;
The VR treadmill has a height range 4ft9 – 6ft4, a maximum weight of 130kg and recommended for 11+
Our bikes and cars are recommended for 8+
Users or visitors to our site under the age of 18 years old looking to participate in gaming must be accompanied by a supervising adult at all times during their visit. We do not provide supervision services for non-adults visiting our site.
For group bookings, any users or visitor under the age of 18 years old must arrive with a supervising adult at the beginning of their session, who will ultimately be responsible for the whole group.
RULES OF PLAY
GENERAL
We will not tolerate any form of abuse to any members of staff and other gaming members
Please treat the equipment with respect, as you will be liable for any damages you cause during your session
Fighting/bullying will not be tolerated
Please clean after yourself in the toilet
No spectating allowed, if you want to be involved please book your session
VR
No food or drinks at the VR stations/area
Please sanitise before using VR equipment
Who Can Play?
You must be 8 years and over to play. We do not recommend this experience to those who are:
- Pregnant
- Elderly
- Have pre-existing binocular vision abnormalities
- Have psychiatric disorders
- Suffer from a heart condition
- Other serious medical condition

MEMBERSHIP
You are required to become a member before you can access the gaming area and your initial session
You must be 18 and over, a form of photo ID must be provided either a passport or driving license, we require your full name, an email address, place of residence and mobile number.
Customers under 18 can attend but must be accompanied by an over 18 member
HEALTH AND SAFETY
While you are on our premises, you must ensure to conform to our codes and regulations, adopt proper standards of behaviour, and cooperate with our employees. If, in our opinion, you are not doing so, we reserve the right to cancel your session and ask you to leave immediately. No refund will be provided in these circumstances.
We are entitled to charge you for any damage you (or any of your users) cause which is intentional and/or caused by misuse of items.
The session will provide access to virtual and augmented reality experiences. These experiences may in certain cases be unsuitable for individuals with certain health conditions. For example, although they are very rare, some may experience dizziness and nausea caused by the motion and visuals during the session. Please seek appropriate medical advice if in doubt and before you permit any child or adult to take part in the session.
Each user and their supervising adult is responsible for following the safety briefing provided by our staff at the beginning of your session. If, in our opinion, you are acting in, or directing others to act in such a way that poses (or could potentially pose) a risk to health and safety, we reserve the right to cease your session. If this occurs, you will not be entitled to any refund.
All visitors agree to abide and comply with any request or order made by us on the grounds of safety, whether it be the safety of our site, our visitors or some other person, our equipment or on any other grounds.
All visitors should arrive promptly for their session and should leave our site promptly following completion of their session.
No food or drink is allowed in the experience area or near any of our equipment.
Spectators are not permitted to physically interact with our equipment and/or users taking part in the session.
We recommend that sensible footwear is worn at all times. Loose articles such as scarves may need to be removed before starting your session.
All visitors must provide any information that we require to comply with the NHS Test and Trace programme or any other governmental requirements in force from time to time.
Users must not:
Jump whilst using or wearing any of our equipment unless part of the VR treadmill game request;
Lean in or out from any of our equipment during a session; or
Leave the experience area whilst wearing a head mounted device.
LIABILITY
We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under these terms that is caused by any event that is outside of our reasonable control.
Whilst we may provide you with access to storage bins or lockers for your personnel possessions, we do not accept any liability for damage or loss to your property or any visitor’s property that may happen on our site or within the area of our site, other than the liability which arises from our negligence or our failure to take reasonable care.
We do not accept liability for the injury or death of any user or guest that may happen on the premises or within the grounds of our site, other than the liability which arises from our negligence or our failure to take reasonable care.
We do not exclude or limit in any way our liability to you where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence of our employees, agents or subcontractors.
You are financially responsible for damages to any equipment that may occur during playtime. This includes: Headsets, Headphones, controllers, Pc’s, Sensors, and LED Screens. In case of such damage(s) you are responsible to pay the price of the damaged equipment.
Nothing in these terms is meant to limit any rights you might have as a consumer.
COVID 19
AT VR provides sanitising station all-round the building so there’s never a time that you can’t clean your hands. All our equipment and headset are fully sanitized after each use as we pride ourselves in protecting our customers. We also want to prevent the spread of bacteria and help with the current fight against Coronavirus.
We also provide effective ventilation (including air condition) as it helps circulate new air and keep the ambient fresh. We understand that ventilation is important but we also do not neglect the maintaining of a comfortable temperature as warm heaters are available. Keeping our store well-ordered is the standard that we strive for and we don’t look for anything less.
We check the temperature of every customer before gaming to safe guard the arcade and ensure we are following covid19 guidelines, if for any reason you or any members of your group should turn up with a high temperature we reserve the rights to refuse entry and reschedule any bookings made.
GENERAL
We reserve the right to alter [opening] times, experiences and prices on our website without notification.
We may transfer our rights and obligations under these terms to another organisation.
You may only transfer your rights or your obligations under these terms to another person if we agree to this in writing beforehand.
Nothing in these terms is intended to confer any benefit on any person who is not a party to it.
These terms shall be governed by English law and all disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
We may take photos/videos during your session for social media/marketing purposes if you choose to opt out please let us know before your session
RESTAURANT BAR
How does it work?
Pick a platter and get unlimited sides for 90mins!!!.
Customer will be served 2 sides at a time, yes it is unlimited so you can order more within your time.
The kitchen closes at 9pm.
Families are welcome to dine in ; however, we have permitted hours for customers aged under 18 years (no under 18s after 7pm).
Children under the age of 18 years must always be accompanied by an adult over the age of 18 years and be supervised at all times.
You can pay for shisha at our venue, we provide premium electronic shisha pipes, that are free from harmful fumes and still packs all the smoke and flavour of your traditional coal shisha, this is quality shisha without all the harmful fumes.
We also serve alcohol and soft drinks, enjoy amazing unique cocktails, good music and good vibes!
LATENESS
If you are late for your booking your 90mins doesn’t start when you arrive it starts from the booking time, please try not to be late to get the full 90 mins.
RESPONSIBILITY

- No alcohol or food to be consumed outside the premises
